Tasha Davies

grew up playing Netball and Tennis in the UK. She eventually found her passion for Pilates in 2017 after moving to the States and experiencing several high risk pregnancies and painful health issues. In search of healing, she ended up taking Pilates classes from Jeni, which ignited a love of anatomy and quality movement patterns. This is what inspired her to complete a Balanced Body Comprehensive Teacher Certification. 

 

With a focus on alignment and mind-body connection, Tasha’s goal as a teacher is to empower and educate her students to strengthen their bodies and joints, eliminate  pain, and overcome their mental obstacles and physical limitations in a safe, fun and effective way.
