Teresa Gianquento

Hey there! I'm Teresa, and I've been on a personal journey to find comfort and freedom in my own body. Growing up in a family prone to back issues, I knew I didn't want to follow the same path. In my late twenties and thirties, dealing with my own share of back and neck discomfort, I sought out a solution that went beyond traditional exercise. That's when I discovered Pilates in 2020.

 

Pilates changed everything for me. It wasn't just about moving; it was about learning to connect with my body in a whole new way. I made the commitment to start the pilates teacher training program with Balanced Body in 2023. Now, as instructor, I'm here to share that journey with you. My goal is simple: to help you feel better in your body.
