Maddy Lime
My passion for fitness started just after high school. I fell in love with group exercise classes right away and was always the front row student. I became fast friends with the instructor at the time and she convinced me to become group fitness certified. That was over 30 years ago.
To this very day, I am still very passionate and fortunate to have such a great opportunity to share Pilates with members, family and friends. I have devoted my livelihood to motivating and educating members to live happier and healthier lives and feel so very blessed to be able to call this the best job ever. I am constantly seeking new information and continuing education to bring to all.
I enjoy keeping programs challenging and fun at the same time. Setting both short and long term goals helps members to make continuous progress. I enjoy all formats including Mat, Barre and Reformer Training. I also enjoy private and small group training with emphasis on core, posture, flexibility and balance for a full body workout.
As a certified personal trainer, I specialize in injury prevention and functional training, guiding a variety of clients, novice to elite and youth to aging, to obtain their own personal goals through a safe effective workout. I enjoy helping clients learn to love exercise and obtain the benefits of a healthy and active lifestyle. Keep Moving!
