Sarah Waslohn

‘My passion is helping clients to move their bodies correctly and efficiently for less pain, more mobility, and optimal overall health.’

As a dancer since age 4 and a kinesthetic learner, Sarah has studied the body for more than 25 years. She teaches Pilates with creativity and curiosity, and enjoys challenging her students to engage their minds and bodies in new, fresh ways. In 2011, Sarah certified through Integrated Teacher Training (ITT) at A Body of Work in San Francisco.

The comprehensive 500+hr. training and year-long apprenticeship under Master Trainer Jean Sullivan thoroughly prepared her for working with clients of all backgrounds, pain-levels, mobility and fitness goals. An anatomy-enthusiast too, Sarah aims to deepen clients’ understanding of their own anatomy through verbal description, demonstration, physical movement and tactile cueing.
