Rachel Pena

BASI certified instructor who has studied both classical and contemporary methods. She has been instructing for 10 years and has since pursued certifications for TRX, barre method, yoga and yoga sculpt.

 

 Through creative and well structured classes Rachel aims to use the Pilates principles as a modality to introduce proper bio mechanics and functional alignment that will help her clients move more mindfully, effectively and confidently through their daily moves. She hopes her classes will bring you into a space of more energy and confidence, and that you leave feeling stronger and more powerful in both mind and body. 

 

As a lifelong competitive equestrian and avid reader, when she isn’t teaching you can most likely find her buried in a book or out on the trails with her horses.
